Twiggs' areas of expertise include retail, real estate, construction, professional services, restaurants, and manufacturing.

He serves as a financial advisor to the Board of Hank Aaron’s Chasing the Dream Foundation.

Mr. Kelley earned his Bachelor Degree from Auburn University and his Masters in Taxation from Georgia State University.
